How do i multiply negative exponents

    You add the exponents together when multiplying

    You take the expression in put it in the denominator section of a fraction and change the exponents sign

    if you have 2 to the negative second power you would change it to

    1 over 2 to the seconds power and reduce so it is 1 over 4
