Apply distributive property.
3x-2=2/3x
Multiply all terms by 3 so we won't have to deal with fractions.
9x-6=2x
Subtract 9x from both sides
-6=-7x
Divide both sides by - 7
x = 6/7
Final answer: x=6/7
