Tanisha is planing a backyard part. She will starve hamburgers, potato salad, strawberry short cake and lemonade. Including tanisha 28 people will be at the party. Tanishas potato salads recipe calls for 3 pounds of potato's. She decides to make 3.5 times her regular recipe. How many potato's should Tanisha buy? Show your work
