The answer is 52.5 because you are suppose to multiply each number in pairs. First multiply 21/61 times 5/8. Then you will get 105/488. Multiply 105/488 times 244/1 which equals 25,620/488. Simplify to the lowest form which equals 6,405/122. Divide 6,405 divided by 122. The answer will be 52.5. That is how you will get the answer.
