    9 minutes ⇒ 1 mile

    1 hour = 60 minutes

    60 minutes ⇒ 60/9 mile = 6.667 miles

    1 mile ⇒ 103 cal

    6.667 miles ⇒ 6.667 (103) cal = 686.667 cal

    1 cal ⇒ 4.184 joules

    686.667 cal ⇒ 2873.0133 joules

    Watts = joules/time in seconds

    60 minutes = 3600 seconds

    W = 2873.0133/3600 ≈ 0.79805925 (round as needed)
