Find three consecutive integers such that the sum of the first and twice the second is 9898 minus three times the third.

    Let x be the smallest integer.

    x + 2 (x+1) = 9898 - 3 (x+2)

    6x = 9894

    x = 1649

    Hence the three numbers are 1649, 1650, 1651
