A builder buys 24.5 acres of land to develop a new community if homes and parks. The builder plans to use 0.25 of the land for a park. How many acres will he use for the park?

    0
    He will use 1/4 of a acre, so technically he wont use up 1 acre of land just 0.25 of it.
