    The higher the [H+], the more acidic the substance. [H+] and [OH-] have an opposite relationship meaning that the higher the [H+], the lower the [OH-] and vice versa. POH is based off [OH-]. The higher the pOH, the lower the pH. Therefore the answer is B: A low [OH-] and a high pOH
