19 / 1000 = 0.019
Round off to 0.020
Example:
10 times as many as 1 hundred is thousand.
To clarify this claim, we can deduce the number in both mathematical values of:
10 x 100 = 1000
Or in word form as,
Ten times as many as a hundred is a thousand. And it is as simple as that.
We can also understand the notation in the increase by the power of 10 to the 3 which is thousand.
