A certain type of corn grows at the rate of 3 inches per week. is this example linear or exponential? answer

    Suppose the corn size is 10 inches now. SO, according to the problem it grows 3 inches per week. Hence corn will be

    10+3=13 in the next week.

    13+3=6 in the second week

    16+3=19 in the third week and so on.

    So, the changes in the plant size is always equal.

    Hence, it's an example of linear function.
