Anthony's pay is directly proportional to the number of newspapers he delivers; he received £15.60 to deliver 400 newspapers. How much will he be paid to deliver 700 papers?

    To answer this first you must determine how much money he is making per newspaper so divide 15.60 by 400

    15.60/400 = 0.039 per paper

    then multiply that number by 700

    700 * 0.039 = £27.30 paid to deliver 700 newspapers
