A boat can travel at a speed of 30 km per hour in still water. If the seed of water is 6 km per hour, how long will it take to travel a distance of 12 km downstream?

    Since the boat is going downstream, it will travel at 36km per hour.

    Hence it will take 20 minutes for it to travel 12km downstream.
