No, it is an odd prime number. That is because the definition to a prime number is and number divisible by only one and itself like 1,2,3 and 11 and so on. The definition to a composite number, is a number that is divisible by any number rather than just one and itself like 9,15, and 21. The definition of an even number, is any number divisible by two. The definition of a odd number is any number that is NOT divisible by two. An example of an odd composite number is any number not divisible by two and is divisible by more than just one and itself.
