The table shows the fraction of the votes that each candidate received. If 230 students voted, how many students vote for each candidate

    I can't see the table, but I guess you should multiply the fraction with the total number of students.

    E. g. if one candidate received 2/5 of all the votes:

    2/5 = 0,4.

    0,4 * 230 students = 92 students
