    First term a1=10 & r=0.5 & n=4

    The formula to find the term = a (n) = a (1) * (r) ^ (n-1)

    a (4th) = 10 * (0.5) ^3 = 1.25

    proof:

    a1=10

    a2=10*0.5=5

    a3 = 5*0.5 = 2.5

    a4 = 2.5*0.5=1.25
