A board game has 25 cards. Each card is printed with a number from 1 through 25.

Sameer shuffled the cards, and then selected 1 card.

What is the probability that Sameer selected a card with a number less than 4 or a multiple of 9?

    Okay so there are three numbers less that 4 (1,2, and 3)

    then multiples of 9 could be 9 and 18

    so there would be a 5 out of 25 chance of it being a number less than 4 or a multiple of 9

    so, 1/5
