    V=π r^2 h/3

    d=2 3/8 inches

    convert to radius d=2r

    d=2.375 (value of 2 3/8 inches in decimal)

    2.375 divide by 2

    r=1.1875 inches

    V=π r^2 h/3

    V=3.14 x 1.1875^2 x 6/3

    Volume will be 8.85.
