35-4n=-24n-30+5 (simplify)
35-4n+24n=-24n+24n - 30+5 (add 24n to both sides)
35+20n=-25 (simply)
-35+20n=-25-35 (subtract - 35 from both sides)
20n=-60 (simplify)
20n=-60 (divide both) by 20
n=-3
