A cereal company packs its oatmeal into cylindrical containers. The height of each container is 10 inches and the radius of the bottom is 3 inches. What is the volume of the box to the nearest cubic inch?

    The volume of any cylinder is: V=pi*r^2*h

    Insert your values and you get:

    V=3.14*3^2*10=3.14*9*10=282,6 inches^3
