(x+y) (6x - 2y) = (x+y) (6x + - 2y) = (x) (6x) + (x) ( - 2y) + (y) (6x) + (y) ( - 2y)
= 6 x^2 - 2x y + 6x y - 2 y^2
Answer = 6 x^2 + 4x y - 2 y^ 2
