Is (1/3) to the power of 4 greater than (1/3) to power of 0

    Nope. 1/3 to the power of 0 is greater.

    When (1/3) is multiplied repeatedly by (1/3), the number gets smaller

    for example:

    (1/3) x (1/3) = 1/9

    so (1/3) to the 0 power is greater
