If the perimeter of a regular pentagon can be expressed as 10s - 20, determine the length of each side.

    A regular pentagon has five equal sides, and the perimeter is all of the sides of one figure added together. So, to find what each individual side equals we have to divide the perimeter by five. 10s-20/5=2s-4.
