Joan buys cans of beans in bulk. She buys 3 cases of beans for a total of $23.15. Each case contains 6 cans of beans.

    I'm not completely sure what the question is, but, if it is how much money does it cost for one can of beans, the answer would be $1.29.

    Since she bought 3 cases with 6 cans, that would mean she bought a total of 18 cans. 23.15 divided by 18 is 1.286 ... so you can round it to 1.29. Good luck!
