Can a decimal be an integer or a whole number?

    It can only become a whole number when its over. 99 such as 1.00 is a whole number and 7.24 is also a hole get it

    It's definately an integer. However, a decimal cannot be a whole number because it needs the value needs to be greater or equal to 1 to become a whole.
