    Answer: 1 Brutus Bites = $9.25

    1 Lucky Licks = $8.00

    Step-by-step explanation:

    2B + 3L = 42.50

    5B + 6L = 94.25

    Using the elimination method multiply the first equation by - 2 to cancel the L's out.

    5B + 6L = 94.25

    -4B - 6L = - 85

    B = 9.25

    Then put this number back into the equation to solve the other.

    2B + 3L = 42.5

    5B + 6L = 94.25

    2 (9.25) + 3 (8) = 42.5

    5 (9.25) + 6 (8) = 94.25
