There are a few missing information that are pertinent to this problem.

    Grade: 3 4 5

Number of science fair projects: 462 759 891

    Total number of projects: 462 + 759 + 891 = 2112

    99 long tables * 7 projects = 693 projects

    2112 - 693 = 1419 projects

    1419 projects : 4 projects/short table = 354.75 tables or 355 short tables needed.

    total projects: 2112

    projects on long table: 693

    projects on short table: 1419
