Area of a circle is A = pi*r^2. If the pool dia (d) is 10 ft, then the poor rad (r) is 5 ft. Thus, the area to be covered would be A = pi * (5 ft) ^2 = (25 ft^2) * pi.

    This material will cost (25 ft^2) * pi * ($0.10 / ft^2).
