Four car dealers are comparing new car sales. The first dealer sold 18 of the 100 cars on his lot. The second dealer sold 32 of the 100 cars on his lot. The third dealer sold 15 of the 50 cars on his lot, and the fourth dealer sold 21 of the 50 cars on his lot. What's the largest fraction of cars sold on the four lots?
