If its testable it means the model can predict if the hypothesis or prediction if true or false. This means the any outcome is possible if the model can predict an outcome. A testable prediction can only be verified through an experiment.

    All predictions should be testable, meaning it should be possible to design an experiment that would determine if the prediction is true of false. If the prediction is flawed you must make adjustments to your predictions in order for the model to work.
