    Start at - 150, then add 3 (-5), then add 122.2. - 150 + 3 (-5) + 122.2 = - 45.3

5 x 3.5 is 17.5, then add that to 150 and you get 167.5. Then subtract 122.2 because he went up that many feet. The ending answer is 45.3.
