    The equation is f (x) = (-3/4) x + 2

    F is a linear function then f (x) = ax+b

    when x=0, f (0) = 2

    f (0) = b ⇒ b=2

    f (-4) = 5

    f (-4) = - 4a+b

    -4a+2=5

    4a=2-5

    4a=-3

    a = - 3/4

    ⇒f (x) = - 3/4x+2 is the equation
