Well I would say multiply 16*4 to get 64 so unless you want to answer it, the answer is (-5*64) is your simplified equation. () - is just to separate from the words
* - is multiply symbol. This is much more useful when using variables so your X variable don't get mixed up.

Well just multiply them all. 16*4 is 64. then do 64 times - 5. - 320.
