Boxes of fruit snacks are on sale at the grocery. The boxes are the same size. A family needs to purchase 24 boxes. There are 3 boxes for 5 dollars and 4 boxes for 6 dollars. Which snacks should they purchase if they want to spend lesser amount? How much will they save?

    Four boxes for six dollars so then you do multiples of 4: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24. Three boxes for five dollars then you do the multiples of three 3: 3, six, nine, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24. 4*6 = 24 so then you would do 6*6 which would equal $36. Then eight times5 dollars equals 40. So you would want to choose four boxes for six dollars because it would save more money and you would say four dollars
