I'm assuming you mean 69/16 not 16/69 like you stated. To find a mixed number you have to divide the numerator by the denominator. (Think top dog in the dog house.) So 69/16 is 4 with a remainder of five. To actually create the mixed number, you work counterclockwise, starting at the whole number of four. The fraction would be remainder over denominator. In conclusion, your answer would be 4 5/16. Vote my answer and Brainliest!
