    The y intercept occurs when x = 0

    y-intercept = - 0 + 3y = 9 so

    y = 9/3 = 3 (answer)

    x intercept is value of x when y = 0:-

    -x + 3 (0) = 9

    -x = 9

    x = 9 (answer)
