    Volume = (4/3) pi r^3

    288 pi = (4/3) pi r^3

    r^3 = 288 / (4/3) = 216

    r = 6 ins.

    Circumference of the ball = 2 pi r = 2*pi*6 = 37.70 in so this ball cannot be used in a regulation game of basketball.
