No, it can't.

Obtuse angles are angles that are greater than 90 degrees.

A triangle has to have all 3 of its angles add up to 180 degrees.

If two of the angles are more than 90 degrees and 90 + 90 = 180, it's impossible to have a third angle that adds up to 180.

No it can't. all three of a triangles angles have to add up to 180 degrees. The definition of an obtuse angle is that it must be more than 90 degrees, so to have a triangle with 2 angles that are even the smallest obtuse angles is not possible because you would be over the limit of 180 degrees before you added in the third angle.
