It is 77/10 because you have to multiply the whole number by the denominator and that gives you 70. Then you add the value of the numerator to 70, which is 77. so the answer is 77/10

First you would multiply 7 by 10, which is 70, then add 7 to 70, which will give you 77, so the answer will be 77/10
