How many solutions does this system of equations have?

2x - 3y = - 6

2x - 3y = 9

A no solutions

B one solution

C two solutions

D infinitely many solutions

    No solutions

    if you substitute the equations into each other the x's and y's will cancel each other out and you will be left with 9=-6 which isn't true
