Jose is working the register and runs out of dimes and quarters he needs to give the customer 67 cents worthhof change he gives the customer 2 cents how many nickels must be now give the customer to provide the correct change

    Well, 62-2 is 65, so Jose needs to give hims 65 cents. If we divide 65 by 5, because he only has nickels, we get 13. So Jose needs to give the coustomer 13 nickels.

    Well, one nickel is worth 5 cents.

    If you add the nickels, like this:

    5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5=65, then you have the additional 2 cents, 65+2=67.

    To make it easier, 5*13+2 = 67
