    Since I don't know what the answer choices are my best option would be, 148 because your counting by 4 so I multiplied 4 x 37

    an = a1 + d (n-1)

    a1 = 1st term = 3

    d = common difference = 7-3 = 4

    an = 3 + 4 (n-1)

    n = term interested in

    a37 = 3 + 4 (37-1)

    a37 = 3+4*36

    a37 = 3 + 144

    a37 = 147
