    4/6 is greater than 6/10 because if you change them to have a common denominator, it would be, 4/6 * 10 which is 40/60 and 6/10 * 6 which is 36/60. And 40/60 is bigger than 36/60.

    4/6 is greater than 6/10 because 4/6 = 2/3 and 6/10 = 3/5. 2/3 is bigger than 3/5 so that means 4/6 is bigger than 6/10.
