A lorry is travelling at 13.5 m/s along a stretch of road where the speed limit is 50km/h. Show the lorry is travelling below the speed limit.

    Multiply by 3600 to get:

    48,960 m/h

    Divide by 1000 to get:

    48.96 km/h

    That's less than 50
