    Myasthenia gravis

    Explanation:

Drooping of eyelids is called ptosis. Drooping of eyelids occur due to the weakness of the extracellular muscles. So the symptoms are weakness of extracellular muscles, talking, breathing and swallowing muscles. So these symptoms are suggestive of myasthenia gravis.

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder in which auto antibodies are produced against the acetylcholine receptors present in the muscle. So there is destruction of these receptors leading to the weakness of muscles.
