The average amount spent by each customer was $8.00. You can figure this out by multiplying 363 (days deli was open) by 200 (average of customers a day) and you get 72600. Then after you do that divide the total they made last year $580,800 by 72600 and you get 8. So 8 is the average amount each customer spent.
