    We will express second equation in first.

    y = 3x + 2

    after that we get:

    3x + 2 = x^2 + 3x - 7

    x^2 - 9 = 0

    x^2 = 9

    x1 = 3

    x2 = - 3

    y1 = 3*3+2 = 11

    y2 = - 3*3 + 2 = - 7

    we get pairs:

    (3,11) and (-3,-7)

    Answer is first option.
