    24 sweat shirts for $15 each

    51 t-shirts for $10 each

    13 hats for $8 each

    Total price = $ (24 * 15) + $ (51 * 10) + $ (13 * 8) = $974

    Total number of items = 24 + 51 + 13 = 88

    Average price per item = $974 : 88 = $11.06818182

    The answer is $11.07 to nearest cent.
