I'm assuming it's a right triangle.
One of the angles is 55 degrees.
The side opposite the 55 degree angle is length 16.
The other angle is 35 degrees.
Draw it.
use the fact that csc = hypotenuse/opposite
to write
hypotenuse = 16 csc (55)
use the fact that cot = adj / opposite
to write
adj = 16 cot (55)
