    hello:

    let : y = f (x)

    so : y = (1/3) ^x

    calculate : x

    Ln (y) = Ln ((1/3) ^x)

    Ln (y) = x Ln (1/3)

    x = Ln (y) / Ln (1/3)

    the inverse of the function f (x) = (1/3) ^x is the function : g (x) = Ln (x) / Ln (1/3)
