Fraction is in form a/b
decimal is like 0.23, it is in tenths, hundreths, thousandths
percent is parts out of 100
some examples to convert
so
1/4
to convert to decimal, either divide with calulator or make the denomenator into a multipule of 10
1/4 times 25/25=25/100=2.5/10=0.25/1=0.25
and 25/100 is 25 parts out of 100 so that is 25%
tha tis an example of comparison
